Eric began his management career with United Parcel Service in 1992 as an Operations Manager. In 1995, he transferred to the UPS Technology Support Group which was responsible for implementing and maintaining custom built line of business applications for UPS initiatives in the East New England Region of the United States.
Eric began his State service in 2002 after he and his family moved from Boston Massachusetts to Phoenix Arizona. Eric has worked in an IT Management role for several cabinet level Agencies including the Arizona Dept. of Commerce and the Arizona Dept. of Housing before joining the Arizona Department of Economic Security in 2008 as their Data Center Server Operations Manager.
