Lisa Garcia joined the Town of Florence, Arizona in December, 1994 and was appointed Town Clerk in April, 1996. As Town Clerk, Ms. Garcia is responsible for the administration of the Town's electoral, legislative, and public recordkeeping processes. Ms. Garcia is a member of the International Institute of Municipal Clerks, and a current Board Member of the Arizona Municipal Clerks Association. She has over 17 years of experience in serving local government and achieved the status of Master Municipal Clerk in 2006. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Public Administration from the University of Phoenix.
