Neal Puff has served as CIO of Yuma County, AZ for since 2005 and has over twenty years experience leading technical groups in high-tech manufacturing, consumer electronics and big-five accounting industries. He is the author of the award winning book, "Security for People and Computers", and holds current CISSP, GSEC and PMP certifications, along with a Bachelor's Degree from Purdue University and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. He's also earned the Certified Public Manager (CPM) certification from Arizona State University.  In 2008 he was honored by Computerworld as one of their 2008 Premier 100 IT Leaders.
