Bio

Heath Newburn is the Business Unit Executive for IBM's Service Management Global Sales Team. He has more than 20 years experience in software, with a focus for the past 15 years on operations and service management.

He works with customers to expand the credibility, reliability and visibility of their IT and service teams. Formerly the program director for Tivoli's Netcool Service Assurance portfolio, responsible for driving product strategy, integration and innovation. He has also held positions as the Portfolio Manager for Service Assurance and Performance Management and was the product manager for IBM Tivoli Monitoring. Before that, he has held many technical positions in software development and IT in IBM and Motorola.

Heath has worked with hundreds of clients in the service assurance and integrated service management space to help make them successful. His passion is in not only helping customers find new ways to make their IT & OSS teams successful but continuing to grow the recognition and enhance the value of those teams to the business.
