Mike Gerardi has over 20 years of experience in the communications industry starting with Rochester Telephone in upstate NY and progressing through the historical rise of AT&T, Lucent Technologies and Avaya.  Mike has won numerous awards for sales excellence during his tenure.  Mike joined Autonomy in February of this year upon learning that Hewlett Packard had acquired Autonomy a few months earlier.  Autonomy’s Meaning Based Computing software was intriguing to Mike and HP’s commitment to quality and innovative development convinced him to make the move to HP.  While at HP-Autonomy, Mike has focused on helping enterprises focus on managing unstructured data, the vast bulk of what constructs Big Data.
