Simon Guest is the General Manager of Mobility for Neudesic, a leading system integrator that has helped multiple organizations take complex enterprise applications to mobile devices.  During the last few years he has been responsible for numerous projects to bring mobile applications to financial planners, insurance agents, doctors, fleet management dispatchers, and even helicopter pilots!

Prior to joining Neudesic, and named as one of “Microsoft’s Key Employee Losses of 2010″ by eWeek, Simon was with the Redmond-based company for almost 10 years, as Senior Director of Technical Strategy, leading the Platform Architecture Team, and as Editor-in-Chief of the Microsoft Architecture Journal.

Simon was born in England, and holds a Master’s Degree in IT Security from the University of Westminster, London, and a Higher National Certificate in Software Engineering from Plymouth College. Simon is a certified IT Architect (CITA-P), a member of the British Computer Society (MBCS), and a regular speaker at conferences worldwide, including being awarded a place on Sun Microsystems’ “Speaker Hall of Fame” on two occasions.
