Bio

Norman Weeks is a proactive, result-oriented senior technology executive with extensive experience in leading, managing and executing large-scale systems, architecture and ITSM delivery.  Norman served as the Director of Network Operations, Cyber security operations and public radio safety network operations.   Colorado Governor’s Office of Information Technology (OIT) in 2013 after 22 years of service with the U.S. Army.  There he held numerous IT leadership positions around the world and his last position, with NORAD and the U.S. Northern Command in Colorado Springs.  Norman is driven to serve and provide highest quality services and teams to meet the needs of the nation, state and leaders of tomorrow.  He earned Master of Arts degrees in both Information Management and Telecommunication and in Computer Resources in Information Technology from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Tampa.  Among other certifications, he is an IT Service Management / ITILv3 Expert; Lean Six Sigma-Black Belt; Project Management Professional (PMP); Agile Scrum Master; and Command Control, Communication, Computer and Information Planner. 

Norman is currently the VP of Enterprise Services (enterprise infrastructure, enterprise data, enterprise application, product delivery, cyber operations / compliance, business services) at IQN.  He also teaches at Regis Univ, Computer and Information Sciences (CC&IS).
