Joel has been with Baker Hughes for 5 years and is the Manager of the UIUX team for Drilling and Evaluation division. Currently he is overseeing the construction of the first Usability Testing lab at Baker Hughes. For 8 years prior to joining Baker he worked as an independent UIUX consultant and his clients ranged from Start-ups to Fortune 100 businesses. He has a passion for design and usability only matched by his love of Kung Fu.
