Jason Williams is the Infrastructure Director of J.B. Pointdexter & Company which he joined in 2015 following his 8 years as the Director of Information Technology at the Harris County Clerk’s Office, the third largest county in the United States. Previously he was the Technology Services Manager at HealthHelp. His expertise is in reducing the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of IT infrastructures while strengthening security, stability and scalability. He has been a keynote speaker on the trials and tribulations of managing a software transition at the Court Technology Conference and a Subject Matter Expert and trainer to statewide counties on data center virtualization and “going green” initiatives.
