Twila Day is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal, bringing more than 25 years of connecting Information Technology with the business to deliver results and competitive advantage. She is a member of A&M’s Executive Technology Advisors group, a team of former CIOs from Fortune 500 companies who provide advise to senior executives and board members. While with A&M, Ms. Day led the development of an IT strategy for a Fortune 500 construction industry client, “C” suite advisory services for a ERP implementation for a energy company, and advisory services for business process improvement project for a pharmaceutical company.
Prior to joining Alvarez & Marsal, Ms. Day was the Chief Information Officer for Sysco Corporation, a Fortune 100 company. Ms. Day focused on IT strategic planning efforts that led to a major business transformation. Ms. Day co-lead the business transformation which included transitioning away from multiple legacy software systems to a single instance of SAP throughout the enterprise.
