Served as the first CIO for the 100 year old, $20 Billion revenue, global oil field services business. Responsible for establishing the strategy, design and operations of information technology infrastructure and services for the global organization of 58,000-plus employees located in more than 80 countries. Led the system review, analysis and integration of the acquisition of BJ Services ($5.5 billion). Focused on operational effectiveness, alignment with business and productivity objectives, while holding IT costs nominally flat during the corporation’s growth from less than $10 billion to over $20 billion within 3 years.

Clif and his wife Doreen love to garden and find any excuse to be outside. They occasionally escape to Hawaii, but mostly they have taken to explore and enjoy the wonderful events and opportunities they are discovering in Texas. Clif is a member of the SMU School of Engineering Executive Board and is a member of the Louisiana Technology Council.
